Canungra is situated in one of the most picturescue valleys in South East Queensland. To the West of the Gold Coast and only a 40 minute drive to the golden beaches, and an hours drive to Brisbane. Canungra is the perfect location from which to explore the surrounding areas of Tamborine Mountain, Beechmont Mountain, World Heritage Lamington National Park and the Scenic Rim region, with well-known tourist destinations including, O’Reilly’s & Binna Burra Rainforest. Hot air ballooning, hang gliding and paragliding can be seen in the summer months from the Mountain launches.
